Your tasks with the new employer:

• The focus of your work is advising the CFO and management, preparing analyses, business cases and well-founded decision documents for strategic financial topics
• You develop existing controlling and reporting tools further, interpret relevant key figures and derive concrete recommendations to improve company performance
• In cross-departmental projects around finance transformation, digitalisation and artificial intelligence, you take on a central role and introduce new approaches to process optimisation
• Together with internal specialist departments, you establish modern reporting and analytics solutions that transparently present financial relationships and effectively support management decisions

You offer your new employer:

• A completed degree at a university or university of applied sciences in business administration, finance, controlling or a related field forms the basis for this demanding specialist role
• Additional qualifications in controlling, corporate finance, business analytics, digitalisation or transformation are advantageous and underline your interest in continuous development
• Your several years of professional experience in finance, controlling, FP&A or corporate finance are complemented by experience in SAP S/4HANA, modern reporting tools as well as digital and AI-based applications
• Analytical thinking, conceptual strength and convincing communication distinguish you as much as initiative, entrepreneurial action and the ability to clearly and succinctly explain complex matters
