As a Financial Controller 80-100%, you will take on central tasks in controlling, reporting and process optimisation. You will be involved in exciting projects and can specifically develop your expertise further.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• The focus of your work is on preliminary and post-calculations, contribution margin analyses as well as sound profitability calculations, with which you provide management with reliable decision-making bases for operational and strategic issues
• You prepare meaningful monthly reports, key figures and statistics and present complex data in an understandable way so that different departments and management can quickly recognise relevant developments and act purposefully
• The further development of existing controlling processes and systems is part of your responsibilities, as is identifying optimisation opportunities and supporting corresponding improvement measures across various company areas
• In cross-departmental projects, the introduction of a new ERP system and ad-hoc analyses, you take an active role and additionally support special tasks as well as holiday and absence cover in the accounts payable area

You offer your new employer:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship forms the basis, supplemented by further training in controlling, finance, business administration or a comparable field as well as relevant professional experience in an analytical function
• Additional training in controlling, financial management, business administration or process and project management is welcome and creates good conditions for professional development
• Very good Excel skills, ideally complemented by experience with ERP systems, combined with a strong understanding of numbers as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking enable you to handle data and processes confidently
