About the job

In close collaboration with the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the service and the organisation of the dining area. You will ensure a warm welcome and professional service for our customers. Your duties will include coordinating the front of house team, setting up the restaurant, taking orders, serving, and billing. You will also actively participate in the service and ensure the maintenance of a welcoming and tidy environment.

Good knowledge of wines, enabling you to advise our customers, would be a real asset.
