Modern medicine requires powerful digital platforms. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who manages complex KIS systems, understands clinical processes, and actively shapes the digital transformation in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
Support and lifecycle management of a central clinical application platform
Ensuring reliable operation and continuous improvement of the system landscape
Analysis and implementation of professional requirements from medical and administrative areas
Support for updates, migrations, and system expansions
Management of application changes and coordination with internal and external partners
Support in the integration of peripheral systems and digital health solutions
Conducting error analyses and developing sustainable optimisation measures
Advising key users and specialist departments on technical and process-related issues
Participation in projects related to digitalisation, automation, and modernisation of healthcare IT
Ensuring documentation, quality, and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Professional experience in application management, system engineering, or healthcare IT environment
Experience with clinical information systems or comparable complex specialised applications
Knowledge in application operation, interface management, and system integration
Understanding of digital processes in healthcare is an advantage
Experience with ITIL, service management, or agile working methods is welcome
Technical understanding and ability to quickly grasp complex contexts
Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
Communicative personality with a strong service orientation
Enthusiasm for topics such as digital health, interoperability, cloud technologies, and modern IT architectures
