LANDSCAPE TEAM LEADER (M/F)

Profile:
* Several years of successful experience in landscaping, with a position of responsibility or coordination
* Professional training in horticulture, landscape design, gardening or equivalent experience
* Strong technical skills in the creation and maintenance of green spaces, plantings, lawns, flower beds, hedges and irrigation systems
* Ability to read and interpret plans and organise work sites
* Experience in team management and coordination of multiple stakeholders
* Autonomy, rigour and organisational skills
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to represent the company to clients

Mission:
We are looking for a qualified landscape team leader to supervise several private and public sites.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Organise and supervise teams of landscape technicians and workers
* Plan interventions, allocate tasks and control the quality of work
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and deadlines on sites
* Advise and communicate with clients on projects and maintenance of green spaces
* Participate, if necessary, in technical work and the installation of plantings and landscaping
