Within our Avenir Services division, we develop and operate digital products that significantly simplify daily HR processes. Within the HR Software team, we are particularly responsible for a work certificate creation tool, through which we help our clients – from SMEs to large international companies – to draft work certificates professionally and efficiently.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person with good communication skills, passionate about technology and eager to develop our certificate management tool in collaboration with our clients and development team.

Your impact with us
You do not just meet requirements: you help shape the future of our certificate management tool and our HR platform (HR HUB). In your role, you combine product responsibility, client proximity and technical expertise in French-speaking Switzerland. Among other tasks, you will:

• Successfully implement our software at clients, from project management to software configuration
• Support the marketing of our HR software solutions (Work Certificate Management Tool and HR HUB) through demonstrations and sales meetings in French-speaking Switzerland
• Coordinate and support marketing and sales activities in French-speaking Switzerland
• Advise existing and potential clients on all our HR software
• Actively consider client needs and market feedback, helping us to evolve our offerings

• You enjoy client contact and sales, and you know how to inspire enthusiasm for digital solutions

• You are confident and comfortable in client meetings and presentations
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You are a native French speaker with very good German skills; English proficiency is an advantage
