Qualifications and Characteristics
- Completed training in a technical/scientific profession (EFZ) from an industrial environment with at least 5 years of professional experience in quality management or a comparable field
- Additional training or relevant practical experience in quality management, for example as a quality manager HF or a Bachelor’s degree in a technical/scientific field (biotechnology, mechanical engineering, or similar)
- Very good German skills (level C1) and good English skills (level B1) as well as confident use of Microsoft Office
- Independent and structured working style combined with analytical thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Understanding of production processes and the ability to recognise connections; strong team orientation and communication skills
About the Job
In this versatile role, you support production with all quality-related questions and consistently enforce applicable standards together with the teams. You coordinate and conduct laboratory measurements of raw materials and finished products, document deviations, and initiate necessary immediate measures. In addition, you develop quality training for our production employees and conduct these sessions. Another focus is on conducting internal operational audits as well as implementing product adjustments for raw materials and finished products. When it comes to quality assurance, you keep an overview. You coordinate measurements in case of quality deviations, ensure the smooth operation of laboratory equipment, and accompany external audits. Furthermore, you contribute your expertise to product development and optimisation projects and lead prioritised projects if necessary to quickly restore quality and delivery capability in the event of unforeseen problems. Your work significantly contributes to securing customer satisfaction and advancing the development of our processes.What We Offer You
