In this role, as a technical sales internal service clerk, you contribute to ensuring high-quality solutions around wood and metal. You take on the careful processing of sales enquiries and orders and ensure that technical requirements are correctly recorded and implemented. You use your technical understanding to specify suitable products and ensure smooth processing. Through your structured working method and clear communication, you make an important contribution to efficient processes and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
You process orders in the product area of doors from quotation to invoicing
In this role, you handle complaints and spare parts management
As a Technical Sales Internal Service Clerk for Doors, you advise and support customers by phone, in writing and personally at the exhibition
You actively collaborate with internal departments and the factories and coordinate the processes
In this role, you participate in trade fairs and exhibitions
Qualifications:
- You have a technical basic education (e.g. in metal or wood) with commercial further training or a commercial education with a technical flair
- You have experience in internal sales or customer service of products requiring explanation
- Ideally, you bring knowledge of the construction supply industry (doors, windows, interior fittings, fittings)
- You are confident in the daily use of MS Office
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You enjoy customer contact, are resilient and work solution-oriented
