Product Manager - Payment Traffic

Join our Operations department and contribute to the transformation of payments in Switzerland. As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic projects in collaboration with numerous internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring compliance, innovation and performance of our solutions.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure the operational management of the payment traffic product offering in Switzerland in support of the Bank's strategy,
• Manage the performance of the payment traffic product offering (data-driven),
• Identify growth and product evolution opportunities, create prototypes and promote innovation in payment methods,
• Develop, coordinate and maintain the dedicated product roadmap,
• Prepare product launches, including setting up communication and key success indicators,
• Ensure technological and market watch of the payment traffic product offering,
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Your technical skills

• Excellent mastery of payment systems: SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022, Instant payment, SIC, SIX,
• In-depth knowledge of payment platforms and transactional models,
• Very good sectoral or regulatory knowledge of payment traffic in Switzerland (banking regulation, security, compliance),
• Proven experience in product roadmap management, prioritisation and backlog management,
• Analytical skills and mastery of product management methods (design thinking, DevOps, lean, agile, etc.),
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Your profile

• Higher education (banking, finance, IT or equivalent),
• Successful experience in product management in the payments field,
• Interpersonal skills and ability to influence various stakeholders,
• Strong results orientation and initiative spirit,
• Great organisational skills, rigour and resilience,
• Very good knowledge of English, and ideally German (spoken).
