Your tasks
- Ordering and monitoring of new vehicles from the manufacturer or importer
- Purchasing vehicles as well as recording and maintaining vehicle data in the CRM system
- Invoicing and administrative processing of vehicle transactions
- Organisation and coordination of vehicle registrations at the road traffic office
- Processing, monitoring and posting of vehicle premiums
- Administrative support of the sales team in daily business
- Creation and maintenance of vehicle advertisements on various platforms
- Managing business relationships with our local dealers
Your profile
- Commercial training or equivalent further education
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally in dispatch
- Good IT skills and a flair for numbers
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- High personal responsibility as well as pronounced organisational skills
- Confident German, additional language skills are an advantage
