Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of software and hardware on server and client side
Review and further development of IT security including access management, firewall and backup
Conducting system analyses to optimise existing and develop new systems
Support of internal IT systems as well as collaboration with external service providers
Participation in cloud and Microsoft 365 projects as well as 1st and 2nd level support
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or IT studies or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure management with sound knowledge of servers, networks and cloud systems
Experience in planning and implementing system upgrades and updates as well as in technical analysis and fault diagnosis
Knowledge of IT security and data protection as well as secure and comprehensible technical documentation
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
