Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of projects in the heating and cooling sector
- Independent planning and implementation of complex building technology projects
- Integration of new technologies and processes into projects
- Promotion and support of the further development of our employees
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a building technology planner EFZ with a focus on heating/cooling
- Additional specialised further education (FH, HF or professional certificate)
- Practical experience in planning and realising building technology projects
- Affinity for new technologies and innovations
- Enjoyment in supporting employees in their professional and personal development
