In this role, you design modern ICT systems and services in the SME environment and ensure they function reliably and efficiently. You take responsibility for topics such as internet and telephony, cloud computing, ICT hardware, and business software. You work with solutions from areas such as ERP, CAD, and DMS and ensure they are used optimally. In your daily work, you continuously improve existing environments and contribute to keeping ICT solutions stable, secure, and future-proof. As a professional, you deliberately expand your know-how and apply it to demanding system landscapes.
Responsibilities:
You design and implement cloud, on-premise, M365, network, and telephony solutions
In 2nd and 3rd level support, you assist customers and resolve technical challenges
You support planning, consulting, and implementation in IT projects
You advise and support customers with technical problems
You ensure the smooth operation of customer environments
Qualifications:
A completed IT education and experience as a systems engineer
Confident handling of M365, Azure, Windows Server, and operating systems
Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Intune, and Teams
German written and spoken fluently, good English skills, and driving licence category B
