ICT Network Engineer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operation of highly available network and security infrastructures and ensure their stability and security
In 2nd/3rd level support you resolve complex incidents and take on the on-call duty for about 10-12 weeks per year in the 7x24 operation
Together with engineering you contribute to network and security projects from planning to commissioning
You handle service requests related to switching, routing and IT security efficiently and customer-oriented
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed training in computer science, network technology or a comparable further education
You have solid practical experience in LAN, WLAN, routing, VPN and firewalls as well as Cisco knowledge at CCNP level
Ideally, you are familiar with Cisco ASA, Firepower, A10, WAF, ACI and automation
You have excellent written and spoken German, complemented by good English skills and a category B driving licence
