Project Manager Energy Systems (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you take on the technical and organisational overall responsibility for demanding projects in the field of electrical power supply. You coordinate all project participants, ensure smooth implementation, and make sure that technical, economic and scheduling requirements are reliably met. With a solution-oriented approach, you drive projects forward efficiently and actively contribute to the successful realisation of modern energy infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and implementation of electrical engineering projects across all project phases
Planning and design of energy supply systems, including medium and low voltage systems, transformers, direct current solutions, photovoltaic systems and battery storage systems
Monitoring of project costs, deadlines and quality requirements as well as initiating appropriate optimisation measures
Coordination of collaboration with clients, network operators, suppliers, authorities and other project partners
Ensuring efficient information flow and alignment of technical and organisational requirements
Support in technical decisions and continuous optimisation of project execution
Qualifications:
Completed training or degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
Professional experience in project management, project coordination or technical planning of electrical engineering systems
Knowledge in planning and realisation of energy supply systems
Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style with high personal responsibility
Organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and project participants simultaneously
Strong communication skills and confident manner in dealing with internal and external contacts
Fluent German language skills
