- Experience in sales back office or a similar customer-oriented role
- Very good German skills and good to very good French skills
- ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP, Abacus, ProAlpha or comparable)

Responsibilities
- Independent handling of customer orders from quotation to invoicing- Telephone and written customer support, national and international

Profile
- Commercial basic training EFZ- Experience in sales back office or a similar customer-oriented role
