Your mission

You competently guide our members through the world of TCS products and recognise their needs early. With your expertise, service orientation and sales skills, you create sustainable added value for our members and actively contribute to the success of our Contact Centre.

Your responsibilities

• Telephone advice and support for our members and customers Competent handling of incoming customer enquiries
• Active sales and comprehensive advice on the TCS product range
• Preparation of offers and correspondence
• Building and maintaining sustainable member relationships
• Ensuring a high level of service and advisory quality

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Initial professional experience in customer contact or sales is an advantage
• Very good German and Italian skills
• Sales flair and team spirit
