Calculator GU/TU & General Planning (m/f/d)
Role:
You support demanding construction projects already in the early planning and acquisition phase and ensure economically sound decision-making bases with your cost and calculation understanding. In doing so, you work closely with management and project management and accompany projects from the first cost estimate to tendering and realisation.
Responsibilities:
Calculation and compilation of GU-/TU- and general planner offers
Support in the preparation of work and general planner contracts
Preparation of rough cost estimates, cost estimates and cost quotations for new build and renovation projects
Support of management during the acquisition and offer phase
Participation in the design and concept phase with a focus on economic efficiency and cost optimisation
Support of project management in the phases tendering, awarding, execution and project completion
Recording, maintenance and further development of cost key figures and calculation bases
Review of planning documents regarding costs, feasibility and quality
Collaboration with internal and external project participants to ensure economical project execution
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as a architectural draughtsperson with further education in architecture HF/FH, construction management or building technology
Experience in calculation and ideally in the GU-/TU- or general planning environment
Good plan, cost and quality understanding
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards, legal requirements and building regulations
Good IT user skills and confident handling of common planning and calculation tools
Analytical, focused and solution-oriented mindset
Resilient, conscientious and team-oriented personality
Independent and structured working style with a high sense of responsibility
