• Administrative support of customers
• Recording orders / quotations / order processing
• Customer advice by telephone and email
• Handling customers' technical enquiries
• Contact person for all questions regarding the managed orders

• Completed commercial training
• Technical flair
• Team player
• Strong organisational talent, service mentality and high commitment
• MS Office / SAP experience
• German, knowledge of French is an advantage
