As part of the development of our activities, C.C. & W.K. SA, an architecture firm based in Vevey, is looking for an experienced Architectural Draughtsperson to strengthen its team.

We work on a variety of architectural projects in the residential, commercial, industrial and recreational sectors, paying particular attention to architectural quality, technical precision and compliance with the requirements of each project.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and produce architectural plans at all project stages: preliminary design, planning permission, execution and construction details.
• Participate in the design and technical development of various architectural projects.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy and compliance of plans with current Swiss standards and regulations.
• Prepare submission dossiers, technical specifications and documents required for tenders.
• Work closely with architects, project managers, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to finding technical and constructive solutions adapted to the projects.

Your profile

Essential requirements:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an architectural draughtsperson or equivalent qualification.
• Proven professional experience in Switzerland in a similar role.
• Excellent command of Archicad 3D software.
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction standards, regulations and techniques.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
