Exciting challenges await you

• Reception and farewell, courteous care, as well as competent advice for supplementary insured patients, guests, and visitors
• Preparation of patient rooms
• Menu recording and meal ordering
• Service at the patient’s bedside, laundry supply in patient rooms, flower care
• Responsibility for the administrative and organisational daily routines at Guest Relation
• Training of new employees
• Deployment in the hospitality team as needed
• Collaboration with nursing and all other interfaces

What distinguishes you for the job

• Willingness to work shifts between 06:30 - 19:00, room hours as well as weekends / public holidays
• Completed vocational training or experience in gastronomy or healthcare is essential
• Positive, attentive, and responsible nature
• Reliable, independent, and structured working style
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German
