Healthcare Application Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
The digitalisation of medical processes opens up new possibilities for efficient and connected care. We are looking for an application specialist who manages complex healthcare systems and develops innovative solutions for modern clinical processes.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the stable operation and continuous optimisation of HIS applications
Further development of digital workflows for medical and administrative processes
Recording and implementation of professional requirements from various areas
Support of interfaces between HIS, ERP, laboratory, imaging and partner systems
Participation in migrations, system expansions and technology projects
Analysis of application problems and sustainable troubleshooting
Support in the introduction of new functions and digital services
Execution of system tests and accompaniment of releases
Collaboration with internal teams as well as external software partners
Qualifications:
Professional experience in application management, healthcare IT or clinical software
Knowledge of HIS platforms and digital health processes
Experience with interfaces, data flows and system integration
Understanding of modern application architectures
Independent, solution-oriented and quality-conscious working style
Interest in innovations such as cloud technologies, automation and digital healthcare
