Are you our new leader who will support us as F&B Director: immediately or by arrangement?

Our task menu
- Host role with heart, passion and hands-on mentality
- Creating guest memories together with the entire team (service, kitchen, MICE)
- Change management and positioning of the new F&B strategy (focus on sustainability, experience and well-being) including further development and implementation of F&B concepts and the F&B Guest Journey in collaboration with concept managers
- Leading by example through hands-on leadership
- Coaching and promoting the management team in the F&B area
- Overall responsibility regarding the training of apprentices
- Ensuring smooth communication within the F&B team
- "Smart Revenue" through targeted upselling, cost-efficient deployment planning and use of strategic work tools
- Result responsibility for optimising F&B key figures in collaboration with the GM
- Measuring KPIs and creating sales mix analyses (in collaboration with controlling) and coaching in defining measures and supporting implementation
- Overall strategic development of processes, standards, the offering concept, presentation of dishes etc.
- Making the values of ZFV as well as the Sorell Excellence standards tangible for guests and employees in everyday life
Your recipe for success
- Advanced training in gastronomy / hotel management
- Several years of leadership experience in F&B in a comparable company
- Host personality with a passion for excellent service
- Strategic thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Experience in developing F&B concepts and optimising key figures
- Enjoyment in developing leaders and teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense for quality, turnover and costs
- Strong communication skills, organisational talent and assertiveness
- Experience in project work and openings/reopenings
- Enthusiasm for vegan-vegetarian cuisine
- Experience in change management
- Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- IT affinity / interest in new technologies
- Good oral and written German skills
- Good oral and written English skills
