Management Controller (M/F) at 80%

Your profile:

• Higher education in finance, accounting, management control or an equivalent background
• Previous experience in a management control role or a position with significant responsibilities in financial and budget monitoring, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Very good knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting processes and financial analysis
• Excellent command of Excel and general ease with IT tools
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and dashboard creation is a real asset
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, combined with a structured and rigorous approach
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently
• Ease in communication with various stakeholders and ability to make financial information understandable to non-financial profiles

• Lead and coordinate budget preparation in collaboration with the various responsible parties
• Ensure budget monitoring and analyse variances between forecasts and results
• Produce financial analyses to better understand activity trends and support decision-making
• Develop and monitor key management and performance indicators
• Design, develop and automate dashboards and reporting tools
• Utilise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to improve the availability and clarity of financial data
• Participate in the preparation of various reports intended for organisational management
• Contribute to the monitoring and development of internal control systems
• Collaborate with operational managers and project leaders
• Support users in understanding financial data and using management tools
• Participate in projects aimed at optimising and securing financial processes
