Finance Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Management and professional leadership of the finance team

• Responsibility for the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations

• Ensuring proper financial accounting including general and subsidiary ledgers, payment transactions, and accounts receivable management

• Active development of the ERP system landscape in the role of key user, especially for MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and all finance-related interfaces

• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines

• Preparation and active support of internal control systems, audits, and reviews

• Active participation and leadership in cross-departmental optimisation and transformation initiatives

• Professional and personal development of employees in the finance department

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification

• Additional qualification in finance and accounting (for example, professional certificate in finance and accounting, expert in accounting & controlling, or similar further education)

• Solid expertise and many years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, financial statement preparation, and operational financial processes

• In-depth knowledge of tax, legal, and regulatory frameworks

• Proven experience in process optimisation as well as in digitalisation and automation projects

• Comprehensive ERP user knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Business Central, and proficient use of Excel

• Analytical, systematic, and solution-focused thinking ability

• Strong initiative, assertiveness, and quality orientation

• Strong social skills and cross-departmental thinking
