Senior M365/SharePoint Consultant (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You implement collaborative solutions based on Microsoft tools at our clients, in demanding environments, and you make the best use of the various aspects of the platform to offer professional and innovative solutions.

• You also intervene at our clients to improve or provide support for SharePoint On-Premise infrastructures (2016, 2019, SE) as well as Microsoft 365 environments.
• You help clients identify and specify their needs regarding process automation and, more broadly, digitalisation.
• You can facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and rely on the team for their implementation.
• Finally, you contribute to innovation within the team through technology watch, organising events, and implementing and improving work processes.
• You act as a Microsoft 365 specialist at our clients and advise them on information architecture in a multi-project context. Assignments can last from a few days to several months, working alone or in a team.
• You participate in pre-sales activities, solution design, and the drafting of commercial offers. You also contribute to innovation within the team.
• Based at our Geneva or Morges branch, you work with our clients throughout the French-speaking region of Switzerland.

• You have proven experience (+7 years) in the implementation and administration of SharePoint On-Premise and M365 environments.

• You have a good command of the Microsoft 365 environment in a broad sense.
• You have confirmed experience as a technical analyst or in solution architecture.
• You master Power Automate and Power Apps, especially in environments integrated with SharePoint.
• Knowledge of the K2 Five engine, ideally version 5.8 or higher, is an asset.
• SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Nintex, or Power Platform certifications are also a plus.
• You are fluent in French and have a very good level of English.
• You have a genuine sense of customer service and consulting, as well as good interpersonal skills.
• Finally, you demonstrate a positive attitude, motivation, and good team spirit. You are open to change and new technologies, with a solution- and quality-oriented approach.
