Computer Scientist (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the reliable operation, monitoring and further development of ICT systems. You analyse faults, carry out troubleshooting and ensure that infrastructure, networks and server environments run stably and securely. In addition, you plan and implement system adjustments and optimisations and document your work in a structured manner. Through your careful working method and technical know-how, you contribute significantly to ensuring the availability and performance of ICT services.
Responsibilities:
You provide 1st and 2nd level support for employees in Eastern Switzerland.
You are responsible for client management including installation, configuration and maintenance.
You manage software, specialised applications, user accounts and permissions.
You also support the operation of VMware, Windows/Linux servers, Docker and networks.
You actively participate in security issues and IT projects.
Qualifications:
Completed computer science training or equivalent qualification.
Experience in IT support as well as with Windows server and client environments.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware and networks.
Independent, structured and service-oriented working style.
Fluent German in writing and speaking.
