Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as a construction project manager. In this role, you take responsibility for the execution of renovation projects and ensure that everything runs smoothly on site. You coordinate various specialist companies, keep an eye on deadlines, quality and costs, and act as the central hub for successful implementation. You have the opportunity to manage several construction sites simultaneously and further develop your skills in project management and coordination. You are a professional construction project manager with experience at a high level.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage projects in the field of energy-efficient renovation and control their quality
- In this role, you oversee several renovation projects in parallel
- As a construction project manager, you coordinate executing companies from various sectors
- You create cost and schedule plans and monitor their compliance
- In this role, you ensure appropriate project and site organisation
- You check the completed work and accompany inspections and defect rectifications
Qualifications:
- You have experience in construction management and coordination of various specialist companies
- Alternatively, you have experience as a project manager in a field relevant to the building envelope and are interested in taking over overall coordination in the future
- You possess very good knowledge of project execution, costing and construction project accounting
- You have good knowledge of construction processes during execution and an understanding of the interplay between different specialist areas
- You are characterised by strong organisational skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style with a pronounced awareness of quality, deadlines and costs
- You are an open and communicative personality with assertiveness and enjoy professional exchange with specialists from different disciplines
