Group Treasury & Corporate Finance Manager (a), 90 - 100%

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our Global Accounting Team in Bubendorf/BL, we are immediately looking for a Group Treasury & Corporate Finance Manager (a), 90-100%.

You will support the implementation of the global liquidity and financing strategy of the Bachem Group. You will ensure access to capital, manage financial risks, and assist management with strategic decisions regarding financing, capital structure, and the financial control of the group. Additionally, you will take on selected tasks in corporate finance and group accounting and support the preparation and analysis of the group’s consolidated financial reporting. You will also support the insurance department head and act as the central contact person for insurance matters, policy management, and claims within the group.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for short- and long-term group-wide liquidity planning
• Management of the group’s cash management, further development of cash forecasts and treasury processes
• Monitoring of worldwide banking relationships and bank accounts
• Implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS)
• Analysis of foreign exchange and interest rate risks as well as monitoring of the treasury policy
• Management of the syndicated loan agreement
• Monitoring of covenants and financing ratios and support for future financing transactions
• Support of group consolidation according to Swiss GAAP FER
• Participation in cash flow, financing, and balance sheet analyses
• Management and further development of the global insurance portfolio
• Coordination of claims
• Collaboration with brokers and insurers
• Support of international insurance matters
   

Your profile:
 

• Advanced studies in finance, accounting, economics, auditing, or comparable qualifications
• Treasury certification or training is an advantage
• Several years of experience in corporate treasury of an international company
• Experience in cash management, financing, relationship management with banks, risk analyses
• Good knowledge of group accounting and consolidation processes
• SAP and treasury system experience is an advantage
• Insurance knowledge is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team spirit
• Motivation to actively shape processes and drive change
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
