Medical Practice Assistant 40-60% (m/f/d)

With great dedication and passion, our nearly 50 employees care for our sometimes long-standing patients in the dialysis centres in Hochfelden, Oerlikon, and Urdorf. Our specialists are passionate about their profession because they are convinced: only with committed and respectful care can we improve the quality of life of our patients.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Reception and care of patients, in person, in writing, and by telephone
- Coordination of the consultation hours
- Electronic billing of outpatient consultation and dialysis services
- Pharmacy support (medication dispensing)
- Blood sampling, urine analyses, if necessary wound and dressing changes
- General consultation assistance
- Infusions, vaccinations, injection therapies, 24-hour blood pressure measurements, ECG, spirometry
Professional Competences
- Completed training as MPA EFZ
- Several years of practical experience advantageous
- Good MS Office user skills
- Experience with the Aeskulap/Axenita operating system
