Our patients are treated both in the heart of Zurich and at the airport "The Circle", the largest outpatient centre in Europe. In scheduling, we lay the crucial foundation for the smooth planning of outpatient consultation appointments at modern workstations at USZ.

What excites you
- Taking on efficient and demanding planning, coordination, and scheduling of outpatient consultation appointments
- Written and oral correspondence with patients, referring doctors, hospitals, and interfaces at USZ
- Independent handling of various administrative tasks
What we appreciate about you
- Basic medical training (Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist) or training in the medical/nursing field with corresponding commercial further education or training as a pharmaceutical assistant or pharmacy specialist
- Experience as a dispatcher in a hospital environment is an advantage
- Reliable, service-oriented, and team-capable personality with very good IT skills (MS Office, KISIM advantageous)
