As part of the replacement of the R&D manager, we are seeking an experienced professional capable of defining and leading the activities of the company’s innovation strategy.

By taking charge of the following activities, you will be able to develop your potential and contribute to our success:

• Define and drive the innovation strategy as well as the R&D roadmap, in connection with management and product management • Lead the development of new machines, peripherals, processes and innovative digital solutions • Oversee the entire product lifecycle: development, continuous improvement, reliability and technological evolutions • Manage client-specific adaptations and developments, ensuring technical feasibility, quality and adherence to deadlines • Supervise and coordinate technical teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Software and Technology Design Offices)

Your expertise:

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical engineering, automation or equivalent) • Minimum 10 years’ experience in R&D, product development or industrial innovation • Solid experience in managing multidisciplinary technical teams • Expertise in managing complex projects and R&D portfolio management • Good understanding of industrial environments and industrialisation processes • Very good level of French and English (German is an asset) • Leadership, ability to unite teams • Strategic vision and sense of innovation
