Human Resources Manager 100% (Salaries and Social Insurance)
Your mission
Ensure the operational management of social insurances, absences and payroll-related processes, guaranteeing data reliability, legal and regulatory compliance, as well as securing the financial stakes of the establishment. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the quality of administrative and payroll data.
Social insurance management
- Manage incapacity cases (illness, accident, maternity, etc.) from opening to closure.
- Declare and monitor daily allowances, loss of earnings benefits and family allowances, ensuring their correct integration into payroll.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of long-term absences in collaboration with line managers and insurers.
- Control social insurance reimbursements and their consistency with benefits paid.
- Maintain relations with various social insurance partners.
Salary management
- Integrate and control variable salary elements related to social insurance and absences.
- Monitor, control and validate employees’ expense claims in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Manage the monthly payroll process and perform necessary checks before validation.
- Ensure correct application of withholding tax.
- Prepare, check and validate invoices related to social insurance.
- Participate in monthly payroll closing and ensure data reliability.
- Control and justify salary components and their accounting allocation.
- Participate in annual closings, regulatory declarations and preparation of salary certificates.
Time and absence management
- Monitor medical certificates and enter data into the time management system.
- Ensure monthly closing of the time management system, check indicators and guarantee anomaly rectification.
- Ensure data consistency between the time management system, payroll software and social insurance.
- Support managers in handling anomalies related to absences and working time.
Your assets
- Federal diploma as a human resources specialist or equivalent training.
- At least 5 years’ proven experience in payroll processing, social insurance and HR administration, ideally within a similarly sized organisation.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss social insurance, payroll processes and applicable legal provisions.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in figures, controls and data reliability.
- Proficiency in common IT tools; knowledge of Opale bluePearl and Polypoint is an advantage.
- Autonomous, rigorous and organised person, capable of managing priorities and ensuring a high level of quality.
