Clerk in Accounting and Administration Mandate Management (80%)
Your tasks
- Efficient management of mandate accounting
- Compiling the financial statements for filing with the KESB
- Managing tax files and preparing intra- and inter-cantonal tax returns for clients
- Taking over and handling administrative mandate management tasks
- General clerical duties
Your profile
- Commercial basic training, preferably in public administration
- Accounting knowledge
- Experience in preparing tax returns
- Very confident use of MS Office programmes (especially Word, Excel, Outlook), ideally you know KLIB
- Reliable, efficient and precise working style with a high degree of flexibility
- You are goal- and solution-oriented, positive and motivated
- You have a sense of humour as well as very good team and communication skills

Your working environment
The Mandate Centre Zug, as a department of the Office for Child and Adult Protection, implements civil law measures. It is divided into four sub-areas (adult protection, child protection, administration and accounting). The department comprises around 35 people and trainees in the field of social work and administration.
