Your tasks
- You take over maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems
- You coordinate maintenance work with internal staff and external service providers
- You ensure documentation in the IH system
- You monitor the energy supply
- You manage the building management system
Your talent
- Completed vocational training in building technology HVAC
- Several years of professional experience in HVAC required
- You have good technical understanding and good computer skills
- Very good German skills (B2) spoken and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duty
