Versatile Operations Agent

About the job

To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a Versatile Operations Agent to ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of our indoor and outdoor infrastructures.

Your main tasks

• Routine maintenance of buildings, premises and installations.
• Minor maintenance work and repairs.
• Cleaning and upkeep of common areas and technical rooms.
• Preparation and dispatch of orders for consumables, PPE and equipment, with stock monitoring.
• Maintenance of green spaces: mowing, pruning, weeding, planting and upkeep of green roofs.
• Cleaning of gutters and water drainage systems.
• Participation in snow clearance and salting during winter periods.
• Monitoring vehicle maintenance and use of maintenance machines and equipment.
• Compliance with maintenance, safety, quality and environmental procedures.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Operations Agent or equivalent training.
• Experience in building and outdoor space maintenance.
• Category B driving licence essential.
• Forklift and cherry picker licences: an advantage.
• Good knowledge of French and common IT tools.
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors.
• Proficiency with maintenance machines and equipment.
