Quality Supervisor (M/F)
Job Description
- You write and update quality documentation and support teams in adopting standards and best practices.
- You raise awareness and train employees in the quality approach and deploy continuous improvement tools (5M, 8D, 5S, PDCA-).
- You carry out and manage product inspections, non-conformities, complaints as well as corrective and preventive actions.
- You manage the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards, coordinating audits, gap analyses, action plans and certification processes.
- You provide your quality expertise during the development and industrialisation of new products and processes, notably through managing validation plans up to the launch of series production.
Profile Sought
- ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards; EN 9100 (advantage)
- SAP
- Professional English B2 minimum
- Quality tools: 5M, 8D, 5S, PDCA
- Over 10 years of experience in a similar position; aeronautics (advantage)
