YOUR TASKS

• You lead the reception team at Salem Hospital both professionally and personally and ensure smooth and service-oriented operational management
• At the same time, you take overall professional responsibility for the reception at Beau-Site Clinic and Permanence Clinic and lead the site managers both personally and professionally
• You actively assist in the day-to-day operations, stay close to the team and adapt flexibly to different shifts
• Together with the site managers, you develop uniform standards and quality requirements for the reception area and ensure their sustainable implementation
• You are responsible for cross-site further development, standardisation and optimisation of processes and procedures
• You support projects for digitalisation and further development of administrative processes and workflows
• Additionally, you take on various leadership tasks such as creating duty rosters, conducting development discussions and leading team meetings

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training in hospitality, hospitality management, commercial or medical fields
• You have proven experience in leading and developing employees and know how to motivate a team and inspire a shared service culture
• You have a strong sense of hospitality, service quality and a professional guest experience
• You enjoy further developing standards and procedures, ensuring a high and consistent service quality and lead by example
• You are digitally savvy, have very good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes and work confidently with various digital tools and systems
• You communicate fluently in German as well as very well in French and English, bringing strong multilingual skills for the care of our patients and international guests
