For an innovative financial institution, we are seeking several clerks

Tasks

• Ensuring high availability of the department
• Implementation of marketing activities (follow-up actions, archive clean-ups, etc.)
• Processing incoming mail
• Processing contract returns
• Checking final documents (including requesting missing documents)
• Activating credit limits via system (Finnova)
• Quality controls (security checks, processing control lists, etc.)
• Preparation and execution of payments
• Preparation for archiving
• Support (handling special cases, customer/branch/hotline enquiries, etc.)
• Internal point of contact for specialist questions

Requirements

• Commercial training (bank training or experience in leasing is a great advantage)
• Precise and efficient working
• Very good German and French skills or German and Italian skills
• Confident computer skills
