Mandated by one of our clients located in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for:
Customer Service Agents FR/GER or FR/ITA at 100%
In telephone contact with customers, you will be responsible for informing clients, responding to their needs, and identifying business opportunities.
The position offers extensive internal training and real possibilities for permanent employment.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer contact, call centres, or telephone prospecting.
- Languages: French/German or French/Italian at C1 level
- Comfortable with common computer tools
IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to have a clean criminal record and a clear debt enforcement extract.
