Our IT Services division in St. Gallen (around 25 people) supports customers from the cloud through the modern workplace to IT security - and is growing. For us, output counts, not presence control: open-door, hands-on, no ego. We celebrate successes, stick together and give you room for your own ideas.

How you create added value

• You lead 8 System Engineers (7 in St. Gallen, 1 in Lyss), develop them further and have their backs - leadership accounts for around 30-40% of your time.
• You stay technically involved: active participation in projects, platform maintenance, customer presentations and quotations.
• You manage selected key accounts holistically and build long-term customer relationships. In doing so, you actively shape service quality and the further development of the customer environment.
• You actively drive the Azure Platform Services, Azure Virtual Desktop and IT Security areas forward.

What makes you the ideal candidate

• Solid experience in Azure/Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop and/or IT Security.
• Initial leadership experience - you do not yet have to have led an 8-person team, but you are keen to lead people (not just technically).
• You enjoy working close to the customer, think entrepreneurially and are comfortable with revenue and time tracking logic (ideally: background at an IT service provider).
• HF/FH - or a strong professional path with methodological competence and genuine willingness to learn.
• You reflect on yourself, take initiative and remain fair and solution-oriented even in hectic moments.
