Architectural Draughtsman / -woman

You are a qualified draughtsman/-woman, interested in the development and realisation of medium to large-scale projects and looking for a professional environment where your sense of responsibility will be recognised.

Our architectural office, based in Lonay, composed of around twenty personalities, supports its clients in different phases of their projects according to SIA standards.

As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a /-woman architectural draughtsman/-woman from 80-100%.

Your role:

• Drawing preliminary project plans at 1:100 scale;
• Preparing general summary specifications;
• Developing material specification books;
• Drawing tender and execution plans at 1:50 scale;
• Producing detail books at 1:20 and 1:10 scales;
• Participating in coordination meetings.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as architectural draughtsman/-woman or equivalent training;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland;
• Excellent command of ArchiCAD software;
• Knowledge of BIM: an asset;
• Familiarity with Swiss standards and legislation;
• Ability to work independently while fostering team spirit;
• Stress resistance and strong sense of priorities.
