As part of our development, we are looking for:

Your mission:

- Under the supervision of the project committee, planning and monitoring projects related to technical shutdowns.

- Preparation of the schedule, requests for proposals, Gemba with requesters, validation of the technical solution, participation in shutdown preparation meetings organised by the shutdown coordinators and transmission of schedules.

- Monitoring of EE, planning, control of authorisations, access requests, drafting of work permits/fire permits, on-site support, control of the proper technical execution of the service, control of compliance with the validated offer.

- Receipt of intervention reports, technical files from providers, drafting of minutes.

Your profile:

- Holder of a qualifying training in building infrastructure

- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.

- You have at least 2 years of experience in technical fields.

- You have skills in administration.

- Organised, conscientious and autonomous.

- You demonstrate rigour, pragmatism and curiosity, you have a sense of priorities, service and responsibilities.
