You operate and maintain demanding customer network infrastructures
You plan and coordinate changes and technical adjustments
You analyse and resolve technical inquiries and faults
You ensure a stable and reliable network operation
You take on the quarterly on-call duty
Qualifications:
You have a technical education and extensive experience with Cisco routing, switching, and WLAN products
With a valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification as well as sound ITIL process knowledge, you bring the necessary expertise
Your strong service orientation, high independence, and personal responsibility distinguish you
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
