Job description:

As part of its development in French-speaking Switzerland, Patriarche Switzerland is looking for an experienced Building Draughtsperson / Technician to join its Eysins office and participate in the realisation of varied and ambitious projects.

In this context, your main tasks will be:

• Produce and coordinate execution plans for projects.
• Develop the technical and construction details necessary for the completion of works.
• Participate in the development and evolution of projects alongside the design teams.
• Ensure site monitoring and coordination with contractors and agents.
• Prepare, update and check technical documentation.
• Ensure the compliance of documents with current standards and regulations.
• Analyse technical issues encountered and provide regular reporting to management.
• Actively participate in the team’s dynamics and development.

You will work on diverse projects in the following areas:

• Housing
• Hospitality
• Offices and administrative buildings
• Industry

Profile sought:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as building draughtsperson or equivalent training.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Confirmed experience with SIA phases 41, 51, 52 and 53.
• An interest in project development is an asset.
• Good knowledge of SIA standards and local practice.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• You are recognised for your autonomy, rigour and organisational skills.
• You demonstrate good analytical skills and know how to provide solutions adapted to technical issues.
• You enjoy teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the various stakeholders of a project.
