Technical Caretaker 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You ensure the regular inspection, maintenance and repair of the technical systems in the property to guarantee their smooth operation

• You make sure that the technical and infrastructural facilities are always in perfect condition and take care of quality assurance

• You are the central contact person for tenants and customers regarding technical problems or questions and ensure that all concerns are handled promptly and professionally

• You carefully maintain the exterior and interior areas of the property and carry out cleaning and maintenance work

• You ensure that all cleaning and hygiene standards are adhered to

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training in HVAC, sanitation or electrical engineering (a Swiss federal certificate is an advantage)

• Extensive professional experience, ideally in caretaking

• Experience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of technical systems

• Willingness to be on call and work winter shifts

• Reliable and independent working style with a strong service orientation

• Driving licence class B

• Willingness to work in shifts (Monday to Saturday)
