As a Professional System Engineer Client & Server, you design environments from the workplace to the server and bring technical ideas to implementation. The mix of consulting, engineering, and operation ensures varied days. Those who want to think along and make decisions themselves are in the right place here.
Responsibilities:
You clarify requirements with customers and design well-thought-out IT concepts
You implement applications via Terminal Services and Citrix
Building, procurement, and maintenance of client, server, and LAN environments are part of your tasks
Furthermore, you ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliable support
You participate in renewal and migration projects
Additionally, you document configurations and processes clearly
Qualifications:
A completed IT education forms your basis; further training as a technician HF/TS is appreciated
Certifications from the Microsoft or Citrix environment complete your profile
You are proficient in handling Windows Server and modern client systems
You work confidently with server virtualisation; knowledge of SQL Server and Exchange is welcome
Furthermore, you master network topics such as LAN/WLAN, VPN, and TCP/IP
You are also familiar with mobile computing solutions and express yourself clearly and understandably in German
