- Responsible for second-level support in the Microsoft environment, including fault analysis and resolution
- Supporting the third-level support and external partners in finding solutions and participating in the network rollout
- Independently carrying out technical small projects and supporting a wide range of client applications, both remotely and on site
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Qualifications:
- Completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience with solid knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office 365 and in the network area
- Experienced in handling Windows domains and their dependencies such as AD, DNS, DHCP as well as file and print servers
- Knowledge in the area of printing systems, especially with HP printers
- Very good German, French and English skills in spoken and written form
- Driving licence category B
