The assignments range from complex special constructions to high-quality series assemblies.

Job Description

• You plan personnel deployment and coordinate internal and external parties.
• You keep track of deadlines, costs and quality at all times.
• You participate in construction meetings and represent the company towards site management and clients.
• You professionally and systematically accompany the acceptance of the completed work.
• As the central contact person, you are available to fitters, customers and management.
• You consistently ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• You actively contribute improvements in workflows and processes.

We Expect

• You have completed training as a metalworker with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ).
• Alternatively, you have a comparable technical or craft-based basic training.
• Several years of experience in the construction assembly sector is essential.
• Ideally, you have already worked as chief fitter, foreman, site manager or construction manager.
• You work in an organised manner and assert yourself without straining collaboration.
• Initiative, reliability and an independent working style are natural to you.
• Flexibility and resilience complete your profile.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required.
• You are familiar with MS Office.
• Commercial further training is an advantage.
