Installation Manager District Heating 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You take on the technical and personnel leadership of the installation teams at various district heating construction sites

• You plan and coordinate the daily workflows and ensure smooth site operations

• You are responsible for quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations

• You work closely with project management and report on construction progress

• You conduct meetings with fitters, customers, and other trades

• You ensure the professional execution of pipeline work

What do I need to be successful?

• Practical experience in leading fitters and installation teams

• Technical expertise in pipeline construction, ideally with experience in the district heating sector

• Completed training as a sanitary installer, heating installer, or comparable qualification

• Driving licence category B

• Assertiveness combined with team spirit and social competence

• Independent and structured way of working

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
